Returns & Refund Policy

Standard Products

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Standard, non-customized products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of customized products, all sales of customized items are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Custom Logo Products

Products that include custom logos, branding, artwork, names, designs, or any customer-supplied customization are made specifically for the purchaser. As a result, all custom logo product sales are final.

No returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted on custom logo products once production has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We may request photographs of the issue to evaluate and resolve your claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders for standard products may be canceled prior to shipment. Orders containing customized or custom logo products cannot be canceled once production has started.

If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
